Im Having a similar issue- I have a "refund in review" on cash app its been there for 22 days now- thats 22 days without my money; and everytime i try to contact sqc through their website on any of my computers I get a unable to sign in notification. Enable notification via text message or email so that you are notified after every Cash … I created a square account and called; got through, explained my case and was hung up on. Now they want to merge the accounts and I've sent the information for that... TWICE. It started with an email saying a transfer I received (a recurrent monthly transaction) couldn't be deposited to my bank account. I sent an email to square; got through, explained my situation and then was told that i had contacted the wrong department and was redirected to the exact same directions that i just explained wouldnt work. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?You have to disable your finger print security requirement on your old phone app first.
