samsung rf4287hars freezer not cooling

We have Fridge temperature set at 36 F. The LED display for the fridge keeps fluctuating temperature readings between 42 and 59. Then check drain grommets behind the fridge.

Tech put in new compressor as the old one was locked up. If the compressor won’t run, the freezer will not cool. Verified ohm reading on freezer ceiling mounted thermostat.

Did you check that? The freezer side is going minimum to 3 deg C (sometime showing -15 C, but no ice formation in freezer compartment).
