He loves the adorable elephant and mimics his call. I could play my movie just fine, as it was US formatted.Not many movies left that are purely about friendship and acceptance.
I was concerned about "corporate Disney's" EXPLOTAITIVE (read: $$$ for Disney) taking of liberties with A. My daughter loves this movie. A. Milne's original theme and vision, of "Whimsical Life in the 100 Acre Wood," an epic allegory suitable for children (first and foremost! Heffalumps and Woozles as any classic Winnie the Pooh fan would know are notorious for stealing Hunny and feared throughout the hundred acre woods. Ships from and sold by tbc_video. Thoroughly recommend this film for all ages.
It does not have a narrator as is common in most Winnie the Pooh Films.

A. Milne's IRONIC commentary anthropomorphically "personified" on the subject - albeit "self knowledge" never quite clear, let alone accessible, unto Owl himself [naturally! There is a nice selection of songs throughout the film and is very typical in being a drawn cartoon. Only 1 left in stock - order soon. The others do not want Roo to come with because they think hes too little, so Roo goes off on his own mission (while the others are out as well). My nephew felt sorry for poor eeyore having to carry everything and delighted in piglet and the heffalump playing about.

These "Friends of Christopher and the 100 Acre Wood" had always been constant, unchanging, ever since the first (of two) Winnie-the-Pooh books was published in London, the original (red, hard-cover book) in 1926, then the second one in 1928 (both of which have never, NOT ONCE, been out of print to this VERY day! Pooh's Heffalump Movie by Jim Cummings DVD $27.77. There are some classic Pooh moments that will bring a smile to the parents face but all in all the kids will enjoy far more than you.

I love this movie so much; it's got a good storyline for a childrens movie and has a good message to get across for children (and for adults actually: there are plenty I've met that need to take this movie's message into account more often).
The story is nice, not too long and although it is not a classic story, it has good messages in it for kids. As a rule he likes something that is faster paced but anything Winnie the Poo has him sitting down absorbed.
